Dee will be sharing her book, “Beyond the Fence, The Amazing World of Deer Haven Park.” Get swept along in an adventure featuring Deer Haven Park’s rich military history and the Seneca White Deer who call the park their home.

Learn to Mend - Learn Traditional Techniques and Joyful Visible Mending

Do your clothes have missing buttons, frayed hems or growing holes? Do you wish you had the skills to fix those problems, allowing you to continue wearing your favorite garments for years to come?
From basic sewing skills to visible mending, learn how to extend the life of your wardrobe under the guidance of two instructors during one magical evening at Spellbound Books! Enjoy tea and cookies while a local seamstress and a clothing mender teach you traditional mending methods and the colorful, celebratory art of visible mending. Spellbound will also have a special collection of mending books available for purchase to further build upon your newly acquired skills.
Required Materials: Two pieces of clothing in need of mending
